Project Description

This project of apartment to rent was created during an epidemiological status. If it wasn’t for COVID-19, I could show you the progress of the renovation works. However, together with my construction crew, we are entering the construction site at the turn of July and August to give the nice investors from Warsaw a turnkey apartment. I hope you see my commitment to every inch of surface – no element is accidental.
The apartment in glamor style, with a hint of retro, refers to the fact that it is built next to the marina. Marine accents can be seen not only in colors but also in additions – in a way not so obvious as it might seem. The wallpaper in the bedroom refers to the sea waves, the yacht steering wheel serves as a hanger, the yacht bell framed in a stucco frame adorns the wall hiding the bathroom door and the image of a female bird corresponds with adoring freedom, with which I associate sailing inextricably. The small area of the apartment seems spacious due to the dedication of many hours of design work and the intended effect of a sense of exclusivity so typical for glamor style has been achieved with taste.
This will be another interesting place on the map of Gdynia and the Tri-City. I wonder if guests will spend more time at the marina or sip a drink in their rented apartment with a view of the mooring yachts.
